As a Sales Executive you will build and scale our renovation pipeline by finding new opportunities, running site visits, preparing timely quotations, negotiating contracts and coordinating with designers and the technical team to ensure projects are completed and handed over smoothly.

Your Growth & Impact

• Expand your professional network across three regions while managing full sales cycles from lead to handover.
• Build practical technical sales skills by working directly with designers and project teams on plans and 3D drawings.
• Sharpen negotiation and client management abilities through contract closing, follow-ups and payment monitoring.
• Develop leadership experience by assisting the Sales Manager to grow the sales force and contributing to marketing content such as project handovers and customer interviews.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and qualify renovation leads across Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Melaka, managing each opportunity from first contact to contract.
• Prepare clear, timely quotations and proposals that outline scope, materials and pricing.

Client Engagement & Site Coordination

• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and translate client requirements into actionable briefs for designers and the technical team.
• Work with designers on plans and 3D drawings to confirm feasibility and align expectations.

Contracts, Handover & Team Support

• Negotiate contract terms, monitor payment schedules and follow up to close deals while protecting project quality and margins.
• Coordinate smooth project handovers and assist the Sales Manager with growing the sales team and creating customer-facing handover content and interviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role within the construction industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of construction materials, construction processes and industry trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients clearly and professionally.
• Organised, client-focused and able to manage multiple prospects, site visits and follow-ups efficiently.
