Position: Intern Client Servicing (Client & Digital Content Management)
Location: Melaka (On-site)
Employment Type: Internship

About Us:
IDEO Production is a leading creative studio based in Melaka, specializing in immersive visual content for events, commercials, and experiential campaigns. We bring ideas to life through animation, VFX, projection mapping, and interactive media. Our clients include top brands like Novo Nordisk, HP, F&N, and Public Mutual. We’re looking for a sharp, curious intern to assist in managing live projects and crafting meaningful digital narratives across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client & Project Coordination: Assist in communication with clients during ongoing projects, track feedback, and support producers in ensuring smooth production flow.
• Social Media Management: Help manage our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts with content ideation, scheduling, and basic copywriting.
• Content Strategy: Propose creative ways to educate the public about immersive content and projection technology through visual storytelling.
• Marketing Support: Coordinate with the creative team to collect assets (images, videos, BTS) for social content.
• Research & Trendspotting: Monitor industry trends to inspire fresh content ideas and improve audience engagement.

Job Types: Internship
Pay: RM800 – RM1,200 per month

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mass Comm, Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related fields.
• Communication Skills: Able to express ideas clearly and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital Know-How: Familiar with basic social media tools and content writing. Bonus if you can use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect or similar tools.
• Proactive Attitude: Willing to learn, organized, and takes initiative to solve problems.
• Creative Thinker: Strong sense of storytelling, curiosity, and attention to detail.
