Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions
- Prepare and issue payment to Vendors
- Prepare invoice, quotation and purchase order
- Monitor payment and collections
- Liaise with Vendors & Customer in daily operation function
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and schedules
- Coordinate and assist in annual audit and tax related matters
- Assist in daily administration work and other assignments as required by Management
Job Requirements
- Diploma / LCCI or ACCA or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Knowledge in MYOB system will be an added advantage
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable attitude with attentive to details
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (role require to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers / customers)
- Possess good personality, interpersonal & communication skills
- Must possess own transport
