<ul><li>Work together with project teams for design direction</li><li>Responsible in translating design concepts into design details</li><li>Must be able to deliver Concept and Schematic Design as well as DD and Tender Documentation</li><li>Strong in space planning and concept development to meet client’s requirements</li><li>Responsible for managing all design related aspects – conceptual drawings, space planning, detail drawings and presentation drawings</li><li>Prepare materials for presentation with good presentation skill</li><li>To coordinate among the contractors, relevant design consultants and subcontractors</li><li>To develop design solutions with efficient and functional use of space</li><li>To monitor and follow up on progress of work at site</li><li>To manage project costing as well as preparation of project quotation</li></ul><div><br></div>
