<li>Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation &amp; benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding.</li>
<li>Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, offering advice on people strategies that align with company goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Lead talent acquisition efforts, working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and source top talent for the organization.</li>
<li>Support employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide career development support, helping employees to identify growth opportunities and facilitating their professional development.</li>
<li>Identify and recommend process improvements within HR functions and policies to enhance business performance.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of employee engagement, encouraging collaboration and open communication.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of Learning &amp; Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation &amp; Benefits initiatives as needed.</li>
