Job Description

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Keep track of resources availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for effective execution of projects.
• Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies/processes.
• Conduct market research to assess current trends, brand awareness, and product-relevant market information.
• Network with suppliers, partners, large contractors, and other professionals that are involved in the marketing projects.
• Help produce reports, company brochures, and related marketing materials as well as literature.
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience.
• Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently.
• Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with stakeholders and report/escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job Requirements

• Previous working experience working as a Marketing Executive for 2-3 years.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis, and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing software and tools (Project Management tools are a plus).
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical data-driven problem solver.
