Job Description

 A project implementer is an individual who help clients with the installation of different software and hardware solutions. Project implementers must be knowledgeable of the software application so that they can conduct training sessions for internal and external customers. They develop system teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, and multimedia visual aids. Project implementers must also obtain technical certification, particularly on the specific software and hardware they install. 

In this role, you will provide operational management and guidance, and ensure the implementation and completion of projects. You will take on important roles for the business by overseeing every part of your assigned implementation tasks. 

• Work with internal project stakeholders and customers to address and resolve issues and problems
• Manage and implement area processes based on best practices
• mapping and overseeing effective data transfer to new systems
• helping with product setup and integration
• Provide training and information to stakeholders and customers
• Develop documentation and guidance
• Provide support to customers during implementation
• Work with team members and project stakeholders to create and/or manage project schedules

Job Requirements

•  A bachelor's degree in  Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field such as business sciences, business administration, Accounting, project management, or operations.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project management and implementation. A track record of successful implementation projects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Listening ability and patience
• Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
• Critical thinking skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles
