Job Description

 • Source and purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, and related products from suppliers
• Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best cost and quality
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure sufficient supply for outlets
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers when necessary
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules
• Work closely with warehouse and outlet teams to ensure accurate and timely stock supply
• Check product quality and resolve any supplier issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
• Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and supplier documentation
• Monitor market price trends for fruits and produce 

Job Requirements

 • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1–2 years purchasing experience, preferably in F&B, grocery, or fresh produce industry
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and purchasing process
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
• Mandarin speaking preferred (to communicate with suppliers)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and well organized
