Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Event Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of our project portfolio. You will be the bridge between the client’s vision and reality, managing everything from initial budgeting and vendor selection to on-site coordination and post-event reporting.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional negotiation skills, and can pivot quickly when challenges arise.

Job Requirements

• End-to-End Planning: Lead the planning, design, and production of events (e.g., corporate conferences, product launches, galas) while managing project timelines and milestones.
• Financial Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial parameters and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors (catering, AV, transport, venues).
• On-Site Execution: Oversee the "bump-in" and "bump-out" processes, managing on-site staff and troubleshooting any issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success against KPIs and provide recommendations for future improvements.
