As an Event Operation Installer you will be the builder who assembles and scales event setups from the ground up, turning technical plans into reliable, repeatable installations that keep shows running smoothly.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Coordinate site arrival, setup schedules, and team assignments to ensure timely event readiness.
• Communicate with production leads and vendors to confirm layout, power, and logistical needs.

Technical Installation

• Install and configure sound systems, lighting connections, and related electronics according to event plans.
• Troubleshoot faults on-site and perform adjustments so equipment performs reliably during events.

Inventory & Maintenance

• Manage equipment inventory, label assets, and log usage to keep stock accurate and equipment ready.
• Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and safe packing to extend equipment lifespan.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in event operations, stage installation, or related technical roles.
• Secondary education or technical certificate in electronics, audio, or a related trade is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven skills in Operations, Installation, Electronics, Inventory Management, and Sound Systems.
• Familiarity with basic wiring, tools, equipment rigging, and safe handling procedures.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate clearly with team members and vendors to resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Show good attention to detail, physical stamina for manual tasks, and a safety-first mindset.
