Job Description

  • Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing events
  • Assist in event setup, dismantling, and on-site operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
  • Prepare event timelines, budgets, contracts, and post-event reports
  • Keep internal teams updated on project progress
  • Manage event logistics and troubleshoot on-site issues
  • Ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations
  • Collect feedback, evaluate event success, and suggest improvements
  • Maintain in-house equipment and ensure warehouse efficiency

Job Requirements

  • High School or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of experience in events, sound & lighting, or the electrical industry
  • Confident in communicating with clients and vendors
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to do on hands work
  • Hands-on experience in event setup, backdrop installation, and basic electrical work
  • Knowledge of sound and lighting systems is an added advantage
  • Energetic, responsible, and a strong team player
  • Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and travel as required (event-based work), allowance will be provided

    Event Installation 
  • Set up and dismantle event structures, including stages, tents, booths, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  • Load and unload event equipment and materials from trucks and transport them to event sites.
  • Follow event layout plans and instructions to ensure accurate and timely setup.

    Warehouse Organization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Arrange and store event equipment and materials systematically.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and update inventory records accurately.
  • Identify and report any damaged or missing equipment to management.

    Warehouse Keeper:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of event materials and supplies.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of items in the warehouse.
  • Manage and document the check-in and check-out of equipment for events.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment and tools
