Your role will help build event programmes from concept to wrap, supporting creative briefs, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting so we can scale memorable campaigns.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Event Coordination

• Support planning and execution of on-ground and virtual events, including scheduling, vendor follow-ups, and on-site assistance.
• Assist with run sheets, guest lists, and attendee communications to keep events running smoothly.

Creative & Content Support

• Create simple event assets using Canva and prepare content for social channels and event pages.
• Help capture basic event photos or notes for post-event summaries and social posts.

Operations & Logistics

• Manage spreadsheets and documents in Google Drive, track budgets and materials using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with equipment checks, deliveries, and vendor invoices to ensure operations are organised.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, or related field.
• 0 years of professional experience, open to fresh graduates and students seeking internship experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for basic data tracking and budget sheets.
• Comfortable using Canva (Software), Google Drive, and ChatGPT for content drafts and collaboration.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and event tools is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can coordinate with vendors, clients, and teammates.
• Organised and detail oriented with a willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to handle basic on-site event tasks with a calm approach.
