Established in Hong Kong in 2007, Integrated Global Solutions Limited (IGS)
is an IT solutions and service provider with over a decade of business experience, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), infrastructure management solutions, applications development, data analytics, big data solutions and open-source technologies.  Over the years IGS has achieved substantial business growth in regions include Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China, served over three hundred (300) customers from different industries and sectors include banking, finance, education, government, transportation, telecommunication, gaming/entertainment and resorts.  IGS dedicates itself to provide IT support and solutions with best-practice standards that align with our customers’ business goals, helping them succeed through technologies.
IGS is also a board member of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Hong Kong Chapter, a non-profitable organization aiming to promote the awareness and application of ITSM best practices centered around the process framework of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).  IGS also works actively with open source vendor partners in the region including MongoDB, Elastic, Confluent, Neo4j, Atlassian and others, to promote the use of open-source in Hong Kong and mainland China.IGS is ISO9001:2015 certified, for the provision of IT system development, implementation and maintenance support services.

What you will be doing: • Write technical proposals. • Perform the post-sale software implementation for customer • Perform Research and Development on the latest AI technology like LLM and combine the research in existing product. • Perform customization to existing product if required.
