Job Description

•  Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and prepare related HR documents.
• Assist with attendance, leave and employee records.
• Support HR administration and documentation, including filing and data updates.
• Assist with payroll-related and statutory HR tasks when required.
• Support employee engagement activities, HR events and other HR projects.
• Perform other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn. 
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. 
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team. 
• Positive attitude with good attention to detail.
