Site Base Planner
- Develop the construction baseline program.
- Organize and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly.
- Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements.
- Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/ critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications.
- Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and all works are carried out based on the approved program.
- Prepare and submit EOT application.
Requirement
- Possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years planning experience with Primavera 6/ MSP.
- Site experience in project coordination is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and excellent presentation skill.
- Proficient in English language.
