Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out technical clarifications and price negotiations to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy of tender submissions
- Monitor and manage the overall administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works
- Prepare progress reports, the recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation
- Liaise with the project team on the award of contractors and suppliers
