Data Center project

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

• Assist Construction Manager in the organization and planning of construction activities for the construction work program
• Check that all works (including subcontractors) are carried out based on established method statements/procedures, specifications and contract requirements
• Check that quality records are raised and maintained to comply with quality requirements
• Submit progress reports to Management
• Liaise with engineering team on the technical design and processes to meet project requirements
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors as and when necessary for clarification of work specifications
• Assist in tendering, procurement and contracting processes on technical matters
• Study, highlight and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• 5 years’  C&S experience at construction industry
• Good understanding of the operations and processes in the construction industry
• Practical knowledge of project plan development and implementation 
• Good knowledge of local business and government rules and regulations
