Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and coordinate scheduled publications and printed promotional materials such as the Annual Report, Festive Greeting Cards and Newsletter and ensuring that the design layouts met the required standard and project the desired image of the Company.
• Lead in management and subsidiaries in the areas of corporate affairs and communications and ensuring that the corporate communication materials are supported by the actual fact-findings, accurate data and current market trends whilst ensuring subsidiaries adhere to the Group's corporate image standards and requirements.
• Write speeches, presentations and other materials for internal and external press publications.
• Coordinate Request for Sponsorship and ensuring necessary evaluations are made within the parameter of the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Charter.
• Monitor and collect all media articles and briefings related to the Group and highlight to Management on any issues/matters in which remedial action or response is required from the Group.
• Coordinates and executes the Company's media meet in line with the announcement of quarterly financial results and ensuring that the required information and documentation are pre-approved by the Company Secretary prior to it being disseminated to the media in a form of a media kit.
• Assist and guide new staff when required.
