JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle sales administration function relating to under construction and/ or completed projects.
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate information posted in the IFCA system.
• Ensure all enquiries, correspondences, and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and other parties on loan documentation, payment, etc.
• Ensure timely generation of billing, interest advices, renoticing, reminders, statement, etc.
• Ensure timely collection of payment.
• Ensure relevant records for projects handled by senior executive are properly kept.
• Prepare and/ or compile reports as and when required.
• Attend to any other tasks assigned by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Familiar with sales administration, IFCA software, and Microsoft Office applications.
