Job Description
- To carry out routine and corrective maintenance of the Toll Collection System, Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS) and office computers and peripherals
- To ensure the functionality of all toll equipment and toll booth accessories in order to minimize downtime and inconveniences to the Toll Collection
- To carry out the maintenance works in accordance with procedures and schedules
- To prepare performance reports for defective toll equipment, tollbooth accessories, and TCSS equipment by end of the month for internal review and report submission to the MHA.
