PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Frontline Representation: Be the face of IKONIK, providing accurate patient management.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet individual and team targets, generate sales leads, and foster trust through open communication.
  • Customer Care: Provide complete and valid information, handle concerns promptly, and maintain strong pre and post-visit relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Respond to inquiries via various channels, engage customers, manage center communications, and document interactions while adhering to guidelines.


Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION

  • At least 2 years of INTENSIVE working experience in the customer service field, with expertise in face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Experienced and has background in retail/F&B industries are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field with a CGPA of 3.0 and above is preferred.
