Job Description

• Reporting to Managing Director/Project Director.
• Managing and planning the construction project.
• Assist in project tendering, budget for the project within an estimated cost.
• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverable.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress
• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
• Assist in site supervision.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and completion of works.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultant, etc.
• Monthly project status reports and change orders.
• Manage the daily operation of the project execution. 
• Ensure project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
• Develop and deliver progress report, proposal, requirements, documentation etc.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma -Professional Degree in Engineering
• Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skills Microsoft Project Management.
• Required language English and Bahasa Malaysia.
