As our Social Media and KOL Management role you will build and scale our database of influencers and work on exciting marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Sourcing & Outreach

• Research and recruit relevant nano, micro or macro KOLs and content creators.
• Engage with influencers, reply to messages, and nurture our online community.

Campaign Execution

• Manage end-to-end campaigns from creative brief to final content publishing.

Negotiation and Contracts

• Discuss pricing, deliverables and terms to ensure cost-effective partnerships. 

Performance Tracking & Analytics

• Track ky metrics like engagement rate and traffic, produce weekly insights, and recommend content improvements.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Communication, Media, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Open to fresh graduates and interns, 0 years experience is acceptable.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding and familiarity of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XHS) and native analytics.
• Basic short-form video editing skills, for example Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communicator with a clear, friendly writing style.
• A creative eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Organised, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working closely with small teams.
• Willingness to learn from feedback and adapt quickly.
