About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing and sales activities. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing.

You will be trained and guided in website management, SEO, paid ads, content creation, and social media — gaining real experience in executing digital campaigns end-to-end.

What You Will Learn & Do

1. Website Management

• Learn basic website building and updates
   
• Assist in uploading content, landing pages, and product information
   
• Help maintain site performance and user experience
   

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Keyword research and competitor analysis
   
• On-page SEO updates (titles, meta descriptions, content)
   
• Learning tools such as Google Search Console & Google Analytics
   

3. Digital Ads Management

• Assist in planning and running Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok ads
   
• Help monitor performance and prepare weekly reports
   
• Learn how to optimize campaigns for better results
   

4. Content Creation & Editing

• Assist with photo/video editing
   
• Basic design for social media and ads
   
• Support in creating marketing materials
   

5. Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule content across platforms
   
• Engage with followers and respond to messages
   
• Monitor trends to create relevant content ideas
   

6. Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist with lead follow-up and basic customer inquiries
   
• Prepare sales decks and simple proposals
   
• Coordinate with the team for marketing campaigns
   

Requirements

• Basic interest in digital marketing
   
• Willing to learn new tools and skills
   
• Good communication and time management
   
• Ability to work independently (WFH environment)
   
• Familiar with Canva, social media, or editing tools is a bonus

Job Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, or any related field (not compulsory).
   
• Strong interest in digital marketing (SEO, social media, ads, content creation).
   
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
   
• Willingness to learn new digital tools (Canva, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
   
• Good communication skills (written and spoken).
   
• Ability to work independently and stay disciplined in a remote environment.
   
• Basic computer skills — able to manage files, documents, and simple editing tasks.
   
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
   
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
   
• Able to commit to the internship full-time (Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
