Job Description

**Job Purpose**
To assist the sales and commercial team with daily operations, engage with customers, perform administrative duties, and conduct market research. The intern will gain practical experience in commercial activities, customer communication, and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Sales & Customer Support**
- Aid in the preparation of basic proposals and commercial documents.
- Assist the sales team in addressing customer inquiries and emails.
- Handle sample requests through Salesforce, coordinate sample delivery, and follow up with customers regarding testing outcomes, outstanding documents, or general information needs.
- Help maintain the customer database and update Salesforce records.

2. **Administrative & Coordination Tasks**
- Create standard documents, certificates, or basic product information for customers.
- Assist in coordinating internal requests with logistics, regulatory, or technical teams.
- Help schedule meetings and document meeting minutes.

3. **Market Intelligence Analysis**
- Perform basic research on customers, competitors, and pricing trends.
- Gather data and create simple reports for the sales team.
- Collect market feedback and identify potential opportunities.

4. **Project / Opportunity Pipeline Support**
- Support sales initiatives, help organize on-site events, and engage with customers.
- Aid in creating presentations and materials for customer meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary.
- Assist in updating opportunity pipelines in Salesforce.
- Attend meetings with sales managers on-site when needed.

5. **General Support**
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the sales/commercial team as required.
- Engage in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should have or be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedic.
