The AVP Strategy convenes and facilitates corporate strategy work plan for the current transformational phase of Impact Integrated. The role bridges the operational business units and departments, Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees. This is a fixed-term contract of one-year, with the main goal to deliver the first year work plan for Impact Integrated’s 5-Year Strategic Plan (IMPACT 2030).
Business Model Incubation & Strategy Execution
- Drive the incubation work plan for new and emerging business models for the Company.
- Facilitate product development sprints with business units and departments for monetization.
- Develop the necessary models and analysis to help with decision-making, towards achieving sustainable profitability for the Company.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and the monthly reporting cadence for Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees.
Governance & Transformation
- Lead the governance design workstreams in relation to IMPACT 2030 work plan.
- Manage legal counsel and oversee the execution of legal structures for IMPACT 2030 work plan.
- Lead policy development for IMPACT 2030 work plan, and ensure Board endorsement of the full governance framework.
- Produce and curate the necessary reporting cadence to align the Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees in the aspect of Governance.
Group-Level Contribution & Subsidiary Stewardship
- Obligated to collaborate and provide support across different teams and departments to ensure the smooth functioning and success of the parent company's operational needs.
- Required to undertake any other such duties as may be assigned by the Company whenever such needs arise to support the Group's objectives.
- Ensure full adherence and compliance with the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and any other Company guidelines published by the parent company.
- Working closely with Senior Management Team and Group Strategy & Operations to synthesize ideas and address operational gaps to enhance Group-wide efficiency.
