Job Description

• Supervise overall asset management including reporting of asset management.
• Ensure security of assets are maintained.
• Ensure that company assets are accounted for and free of damages.
• Manage and oversee all ongoing events from an operational perspective.
• Perform inspections on the facilities and prepare weekly report.
• Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery for all enquiries.
• Prepare administrative functions related to both logistics and asset management.
• Preparing and presenting reports related to asset management. 
• Develop inventory listing and monitor stock-flow of all materials and asset owned by the company.
• Develop and implement cost savings measures to reduce cost of asset management.
• Candidate should be attentive and available on immediate call basis at any time include weekends.
• Drive keeping the road safety regulations all the time.
• Drives CEO from the place and at the time requested (as when needed)

Job Requirements

• Certificate or more Building Management, Property Management or related major;
• Valid Malaysian diving license (Class D)
• Experience minimum 1 year or more
• Basic Computer knowledge, Google Documents Management, Microsoft skills
