About Us

Executive Coordination and Support - Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO to ensure effective execution of priorities and strategic goals. - Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel with accuracy and foresight. - Prepare and review all correspondence, reports, and presentations for quality and completeness. - Anticipate and fulfill the CEO’s information and logistical needs through research and timely coordination. - Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters. 
Communication, Information Flow, and Departmental Alignment - Act as the main communication link between the CEO’s Office and internal divisions to ensure clear directives and monitored progress. - Coordinate with department heads to align priorities, project milestones, and key management decisions. - Manage preparation of internal reports and updates to provide the CEO with accurate, concise information. - Ensure all CEO communications are clear, consistent, and professional. - Maintain strong information governance through organized filing, version control, and document tracking. 
Ministry Liaison and Stakeholder Management - Serve as the main liaison between the CEO’s Office and the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS), managing official communications and reporting. - Support the CEO in fostering strong relationships with KBS, government bodies, the Board, sponsors, and partners. - Represent the CEO’s Office in follow-ups with ministry and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and credibility. 
Board and Governance Support - Coordinate and support Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes. - Work with the Company Secretary to ensure governance and statutory compliance. - Monitor and report follow-up actions from meetings to the CEO. - Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential Board documentation. 
Special Projects and Operational Excellence - Lead or support special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely, efficient, and impactful delivery. - Prepare detailed project briefs, reports, and evaluations to support strategic decisions. - Improve workflows and administrative systems for greater efficiency and governance. - Manage the CEO’s travel, briefings, and logistics to ensure full preparation for engagements. - Support the CEO’s welfare and safety with discretion and professionalism. 
Professional Integrity and Representation - Maintain the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and discretion in all matters. - Represent the CEO’s values and professionalism as a trusted point of contact. - Ensure all outputs from the CEO’s Office demonstrate integrity, diligence, and alignment with Impact Integrated’s mission.
