- Develop and execute pre-, live-, and post-event communication frameworks with impact-driven storytelling for all ESI esports programmes.
- Prepare and manage press materials, announcement timelines, stakeholder communications, and escalation protocols for high-visibility engagements.
- Deliver post-programme reports with performance metrics and feedback analysis, ensuring alignment with approved objectives, KPIs, and governance standards.
Media, Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
- Coordinate with media, influencers, and industry platforms to amplify brand visibility, while supporting Ministry-linked and stakeholder engagements with structured, documented communications.
- Monitor media sentiment and public discourse, escalating reputational risks where necessary.
Website & Platform Governance
- Oversee content management, campaign rollouts, and performance tracking across ESI-owned digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
- Conduct annual digital audits and ensure compliance with data governance, approval workflows, and brand integrity standards.
Creative & Multimedia Integration
- Collaborate with the Creative & Digital Team to deliver high-quality graphic and video assets aligned with brand standards.
- Provide clear creative briefs, messaging direction, and performance objectives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with engagement and brand expectations.
Governance, Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, Code of Conduct, delegated limits, and statutory requirements.
- Apply sound judgement on sensitive or Ministry-related matters, maintaining proper documentation and approvals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align communication planning and execution.
- Provide stakeholder visibility and support smooth coordination during high-impact events.
