- Analyse key performance indicators including engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rate, conversion, and audience insights to optimize talent-led campaign strategies.
- Establish reporting dashboards to track content effectiveness and audience growth.
Campaign Management
- Develop structured pre-launch, live activation, and post-campaign execution frameworks for studio programmes and client campaigns.
- Coordinate announcement timelines, internal briefing flows, and escalation management for high-profile campaigns or talent matters.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports including analytics summaries, delivery assessments, and stakeholder feedback insights.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved objectives, KPIs, budgets, and client expectations
Talent Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for talents, managing day-to-day deliverables and ensuring all engagements are professionally briefed and executed.
- Develop and maintain talent briefs, activation guides, and content schedules to ensure seamless preparation and delivery.
- Build and nurture strong talent relationships, handling contracts, usage rights, and conflict resolution to protect long-term partnerships.
- Maintain an updated talent roster and collaborate with Sales & BD to identify growth opportunities across brands, formats, and platforms.
Governance and Risk Discipline
- Oversee content management across owned platforms to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
- Conduct periodic content audits and recommend improvements in structure, UX, and content effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to approval workflows, brand integrity standards, and contractual content obligations.
- Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and version control for all official project and campaign materials.
- Exercise strong judgement in handling sensitive client or talent matters to mitigate reputational and commercial risks.
