Operational performance

• Advices in the creation of top-tier program designs and plans that encompass the entire brand or company, including specialized projects. 
• Leads the program design process, strategically analyzing operational requirements and leveraging inherent advantages to craft innovative and effective strategies. 
• Documenting every aspect of program design and planning, ensuring comprehensive records for clarity and reference. 
• Ensures that all program designs, plans, and strategies are in perfect alignment with the objectives set forth by Kementerian Belia & Sukan and the overarching directions of the company, facilitating seamless integration and coherence across initiatives. 
• Translates program strategies into actionable workflows and plans, continuously refining and adapting them based on thorough analysis and evolving needs. 
• Responsible for the task of continually improving, innovating, or pivoting program plans in response to changing circumstances and requirements, driving adaptability and effectiveness. 
• Responsible for conducting and delivering the modules created by Impact Malaysia as program deliverance.  

Program execution

• Ensure the swift, efficient, and high-quality execution of all programs, maintaining a success rate of over 90% across the board. 
• Coordinates every aspect of program execution, prioritizing adherence to timelines and ensuring that all program plans are either executed ahead of schedule or within the designated time frame. 
• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive program meetings, diligently documenting proceedings to ensure clear communication and accountability among stakeholders. 
• Prioritize keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and updated on program progress, milestones, and any pertinent developments, fostering transparency and alignment throughout the process. 
• Ensures the seamless and successful implementation of all programs, driving organizational objectives forward with precision and excellence.

Impact Management

• Collect and constantly update data for impact management.
• Gathering documentation from stakeholders and internal work to back data collection.
• Document and report all programs as required.
• Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
• Research and monitor ongoing development and sustainability of Impact Malaysia’s training framework.

Resource Development

• Contribute support to all resource development efforts for the brand. 
• 80% of targeted research work met for program development.
• Contribute to native communications contents. 

Outreach and Community Building

• Expand brand’s participation or audience pool.
• Ensure all program attendance quotas are met.
• Ensure sufficient program partnership with relevant institutions and provide strategic input from communities towards targeted program impact and efficiency.
• Maintain a database of program experts and stakeholders and do stakeholder engagement for program execution.

General Management

• Contribute to Impact Malaysia programming and execution.
• Assist with the strategy, planning, execution, innovation, and monitoring including reporting of all Impact Malaysia’s programs and initiatives.
• Practice consistent quality control of finance, administration, systems, and resource management needed to achieve the business unit’s goals.
• Assist in the management of Impact Integrated’s digital storage system and digital production assets, and ensure all files and assets are properly documented, and archives taken care of 
• Manage capacity building for self in consultation with supervisor and expected to coach and share knowledge with fellow team members to enhance productivity and efficiency. 
• Responsible for compiling comprehensive reports on the project/program.
• Performs ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.

Communications & Government Affairs

• Ensure clear communications to the public on programs and social impact contents within the stakeholders compliance. 
• Collaborate with Government Affairs for consulting the Government related matters and compliances as well as other related tasks to Government Affairs. 
• Ensure all the routine reports are accurate and accessible for management view. 
• Communications and meetings with government agencies. Coordinate reports and submissions to Kementerian Belia & Sukan and other government agencies. 

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in program management, client servicing, or related fields.
• Strong skills in leadership, execution management, customer relationship building, impact measurement, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrates creativity, strong ethics, professionalism, independence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in digital work applications, particularly Google Suite and project management tools such as Trello, Basecamp, or Asana.
