Job Description

 📝 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to support and drive performance across our online sales channels.

This role involves managing day-to-day marketplace operations, supporting digital marketing activities, and analysing performance data to improve sales results. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution across platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, while contributing to the overall growth of the brands we represent.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

🔹 E-Commerce Operations & Marketplace Management

  • Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Maintain and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions)
  • Ensure product availability, accurate information, and timely updates
  • Monitor platform performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, and sales

🔹 Sales Performance & Optimisation

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets
  • Identify gaps in performance and implement improvement actions
  • Support pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales campaigns
  • Optimise listings and promotions to improve visibility and conversion

🔹 Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (ads, promotions, content)
  • Assist in managing platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, etc.)
  • Coordinate campaign calendars, promotional events, and marketplace campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements

🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and campaign results
  • Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation
  • Support data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing

🔹 Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, fulfilment, and logistics
  • Ensure smooth order processing and delivery operations
  • Support stock planning and avoid out-of-stock situations
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align execution

Job Requirements

 🔹 Education & Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome)
  • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or other online marketplaces is an advantage

🔹 Technical & Functional Skills

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (ads, campaigns, traffic generation)
  • Ability to work with data, reports, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of marketplace tools and analytics dashboards is a plus
