We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Team Leader who is ready to take ownership of performance and lead a team to deliver strong, consistent growth.

This role is for someone who understands that sales is not just about targets — it’s about execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. 🔥 Sales Performance & Accountability

  • Take full ownership of sales targets and team performance
  • Monitor daily performance and ensure targets are met consistently
  • Identify gaps quickly and implement corrective actions
  • Drive a strong culture of accountability within the team

🚀 Channel & Account Management

  • Oversee sales operations across marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada) and retail channels
  • Ensure strong execution to optimise product listings, pricing, campaigns and promotions
  • Work closely with creative and operations teams to maximise results
  • Support brand partners in improving their market performance
  • Stay responsive to market trends and platform dynamics

  • Analyse sales data, trends, and conversion performance
  • Turn insights into clear action plans
  • Continuously optimise performance based on real data
  • Track productivity and effectiveness across the team

Job Requirements
