Job Description

 

As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and recruitment-related tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations in a real-world business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, arranging interviews)
     
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
     
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
     
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
     
  • Help with payroll data entry and attendance tracking
     
  • Support HR compliance and policy documentation
     
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
     


 


Job Requirements

🔹 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
     
  • Internship placement required by university/college
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
     
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Eager to learn and able to work independently with guidance
     
  • Available for 3 to 6 months internship
