Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support and promote our rugged industrial tablets built for extreme environments and hazardous areas. You will provide expert technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in product demos, training, and promotional activities to ensure customer success and product adoption.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

Customer Support

• Provide technical support to customers addressing inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and best practices for the industrial tablets.

Product Promotion

• Assist the sales and marketing teams by acting as a product expert,creating technical documentation, and participating in customer demos and tradeshows.

Training

• Conduct training sessions for customers and partners on the proper use and maintenance of the tablets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on mobile devices, tablets, or industrial electronics.
• Strong understanding of both Windows and Android operating systems.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, hazardous area classifications, and rugged device standards is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
