Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the entire design process from concept to completion for residential, commercial, and developer projects.
- Develop strong design concepts that align with brand DNA and project objectives.
- Prepare and present concept proposals, mood boards, 3D visuals, and detailed drawings.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with design intent.
- Mentor junior designers and uphold design quality within the team.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4–6 years of interior design experience.
- Open to MALAYSIAN candidates only; Mandarin-speaking is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, detailing, and built projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and confidently handle client meetings.
