Roles and Responsibilities

1) Client Servicing

• Act as the main liaison and key contact to cultivate business relationship with the client in delivery of marketing services
• Developing and creating new ideas, assist in preparing proposals and presentation to new or existing clients 
• Overseeing project planning, execution and ensure correct level of resource is allocated for each project
• Assist in all project plans, budgets preparation and job expenditure forecasting 
• Monitor on ground activities, set-up and dismantling works to ensure brand guidelines adheres
• Collaborate with other teams to create and pitch content and events, resulting in all-in win-win relationships
• Perform post-mortem after the events and make recommendations for any improvement plans
• Study on current marketing trends and news, competitors’ movement and product specification
• Assist to develop new initiatives and seek new business opportunities 

2) Daily Operations

• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Give proactive updates on work-in-progress
• Maintain an efficient cross-functional interaction and project management within the agency to deliver client success

Job Requirements

 Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Media & Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least 1-year good experience in marketing, branding or event management 
• Experience in both corporate and agency role (client servicing) would be added advantage
• Communicates well and written in English & Malay. Mandarin speaking preference 
• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
