Job Purpose

The Brand & Event Executive is tasked with executing comprehensive marketing and branding activations efficiently, within budget, and aligned with the client's expectations. This role involves planning, implementing, and coordinating various marketing initiatives, promotions, and events, incorporating creative concepts to enhance the overall client experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Servicing

• Serve as the primary point of contact to foster strong business relationships with clients for marketing service delivery.
• Support in brainstorming and developing innovative ideas, as well as assist preparing proposals and presentations.
• Manage project planning and execution, ensuring appropriate resource allocation for each initiative.
• Assist in preparing project plans and budgets, along with forecasting job-related expenses.
• Assist on-site activities, including setup and teardown, to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Work with various teams to develop pitch materials and coordinate events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and suggest improvement strategies. 

Daily Operations

• Respond to client inquiries efficiently and promptly.
• Provide regular updates on ongoing projects.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and project management within the agency to ensure client success.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in both corporate and agency settings (client servicing) is preferred, with event management experience being an additional asset.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Malay; Mandarin language skill is preferred.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
