Roles and Responsibilities
1) Client Servicing
<ul>
<li>Act as the main liaison and key contact to cultivate business relationship with the client in delivery of marketing services</li>
<li>Developing and creating new ideas, assist in preparing proposals and presentation to new or existing clients&nbsp;</li>
<li>Overseeing project planning, execution and ensure correct level of resource is allocated for each project</li>
<li>Assist in all project plans, budgets preparation and job expenditure forecasting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor on ground activities, set-up and dismantling works to ensure brand guidelines adheres</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teams to create and pitch content and events, resulting in all-in win-win relationships</li>
<li>Perform post-mortem after the events and make recommendations for any improvement plans</li>
<li>Study on current marketing trends and news, competitors’ movement and product specification</li>
<li>Assist to develop new initiatives and seek new business opportunities&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
2) Daily Operations
<ul>
<li>Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner</li>
<li>Give proactive updates on work-in-progress</li>
<li>Maintain an efficient cross-functional interaction and project management within the agency to deliver client success</li>
