Inari Jewellery is a Malaysian demi-fine jewellery brand dedicated to artisanal craftsmanship and timeless design. Each piece is crafted with purpose — for moments that matter. As we open our first flagship store at KLGCC Mall, we’re building a team of passionate storytellers and stylists who will help bring the House of Inari experience to life.
Role Overview
As a Retail Floor Stylist, you will be the face of Inari on the retail floor — curating meaningful client experiences, styling customers, and driving sales performance. You’ll combine storytelling and service to inspire customers, help them discover jewellery that reflects their individuality, and contribute to the growth of our flagship store.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Experience & Styling (40%)
- Deliver a warm, personalised experience for every customer in line with Inari’s ethos.
- Offer styling advice that reflects the brand’s timeless aesthetic and customer preferences.
- Educate customers on product materials, craftsmanship, and care.
- Maintain a welcoming, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
KPI Indicators:
- Customer satisfaction score (target: ≥ 4.5/5 average feedback).
- Conversion rate of walk-in customers to sales (target: ≥ 25–30%).
- Average transaction value (ATV) growth month-on-month (target: +10%).
2. Sales & Performance (30%)
- Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Support the Retail Stylist Manager in driving daily sales focus and reporting.
- Promote store activations, membership sign-ups, and brand campaigns.
- Assist in clienteling — following up with repeat customers and building long-term relationships.
KPI Indicators:
- Personal monthly sales target achievement (target: 100% of assigned goal).
- Membership sign-ups (target: 15 new sign-ups/month).
- Repeat purchase rate / client return rate (target: ≥ 20%).
3. Brand Storytelling & Content Support (15%)
- Participate in in-store activations, styling sessions, and live content (when comfortable).
- Share styling insights and product stories with the marketing team for social content.
- Represent Inari with professionalism and authenticity across all customer touchpoints.
KPI Indicators:
- Active participation in at least 1 campaign or activation per month.
- Positive feedback from brand and marketing team on representation.
4. Operational Excellence (15%)
- Ensure stock accuracy and timely restocking of bestsellers.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain VM standards, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Report stock or quality issues promptly to the Retail Stylist Manager.
KPI Indicators:
- Stock variance < 1%.
- Visual merchandising compliance (100% adherence during audits).
- Punctuality & attendance rate (≥ 95%): RM300 quarterly bonus.
