Job Description

We are an established HVAC and M&E specialist company looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee our project sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all site works are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for HVAC and M&E installation works.

2) Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

3) Plan manpower allocation, materials, and equipment requirements to meet project timelines.

4) Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.

5) Monitor quality of workmanship and conduct site inspections.

6) Prepare site progress reports and assist in project documentation.

7) Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Job Requirements

1) Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience.

2) Minimum 2 years of working experience in site supervision (HVAC and M&E experience preferred).

3) Good understanding of air-conditioning systems, ducting, piping, and electrical works.

4) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5) Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

6) Possess own transport and willing to travel to various project sites.
