Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with existing customers on recurring trading sales, maintenance agreements, SaaS services, and new inquiries received from leads, email, and the website.
2. Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, request datasheets, request order acknowledgements upon receiving purchase orders (PO), and follow up on sample status and delivery status using provided templates.
3. Purchase Order Processing: Receive and review purchase orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Requirement Sheet Preparation: Prepare a requirement sheet based on the details provided in the purchase order. Follow up with clients for their review, approval, and signature, ensuring compliance with their specific requirements, using predefined templates.
5. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with the Purchasing team to convert the requirement sheet into a vendor-specific version, ensuring it aligns with vendor requirements and product specifications.Work with engineers to fulfill datasheet requests and technical information needed for order processing.
6. Report Generation: Prepare weekly sales reports, daily customer inquiries reports, datasheet status reports, and delivery status reports to monitor progress.
7. Sales Growth Support: Assist the Manager in maintaining overall business sales growth by providing essential support and insights.

Job Requirements:

 *Candidate with the following experience will be given priority. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

1. SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Has experience as an Administration / Inside Sales Support or similar sales role in distributor for related solution and supporting partner is an advantage! 
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Proficiency in document preparation and review.
6. Knowledge of order processing and customer service.
7. Familiarity with sales and customer engagement.
