Job Description

• Support internal HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates when required.
• Coordinate and arrange interview schedules, including communication with candidates and internal interviewers.
• Manage end-to-end new joiner onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-maintained, safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment, including ensuring sufficient office refreshments, pantry supplies, and workplace necessities.
• Manage corporate insurance matters, including employee enrollment, updates, renewals, and claims coordination.
• Coordinate flight and accommodation bookings for staff business trips when required.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external engagement activities, including company dinners, sports activities, team-building sessions, special events, and events involving customers or external stakeholders.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee experience.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to people, workplace, and internal operations as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in people operations, HR support, or office/people-related operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Outgoing and personable, with a positive attitude—this will be considered an advantage.
