Job Description
Can start on Mid of December'25 till February'26
As a Sales & Operations Intern, you will gain real-world experience in:
Retail & Customer Service
* Assisting customers at pop-up stores, exhibitions & event booths
* Handling sales, cashless transactions, and product inquiries
* Merchandising support: restocking, display setup, price tagging
* Understanding customer behavior in a live event environment
On-Ground Event Operations
* Event setup & teardown (fixtures, displays, queue lanes, decorations)
* Crowd management & queue control during peak hours
* Supporting event supervisors, vendors, and partners during daily operations
* Learning how large-scale Anime exhibitions function behind the scenes
Inventory & Logistics
* Stock checking, replenishment & product movement
* Preparing logistics for event day operations
* Understanding merchandising workflow for IP/Anime products
Admin & Coordination
* Assisting with daily reports & data recording
* Supporting ticketing operations and customer inquiries
* Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
Job Requirements
