Job Description

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy intern to join our team as a Social Media Content Intern. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys brainstorming creative ideas, and knows how to keep audiences engaged and excited online. You will help us plan, create, and manage content that builds hype for our events and brand. 

Content Ideation & Planning

• Brainstorm and propose fresh, engaging content ideas tailored to our target audience.
• Assist in creating weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
• Research trending topics, formats, and viral challenges to keep our content relevant.
  

Content Creation & Posting

• Draft captions and write-ups with brand voice in mind.
• Coordinate simple graphics, visuals, or video snippets (with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Schedule and post content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  
  

Community Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, and interactions on social media.
• Suggest creative ways to increase audience interaction (polls, contests, Q&A, etc.).
  

Performance Tracking

• Assist in monitoring content performance and prepare simple reports.
• Share insights and ideas for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about social media, pop culture, and creative storytelling.
• Strong communication skills in English (bonus if fluent in Malay/Chinese).
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar) are a plus.
• Creative, self-motivated, and eager to try out new ideas.
