Love shooting, editing and creating content that catches attention?

Join Dynamite Lab and work with our creative and social teams to create social-first content for real brands and campaigns. You’ll be involved in content ideation, shoot preparation, photography, videography and short-form video editing.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone with basic content creation skills, a creative eye and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shooting photos and videos for social content, campaigns and events
• Supporting larger scale photo and video shoots when required
• Editing short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks and event recaps
• Assisting with content ideas, visual references, shot lists and shoot preparation
• Turning raw footage into engaging content using music, subtitles, transitions and visual effects
• Adapting content into different formats and durations for social platforms
• Organising footage, equipment and creative files
• Keeping up with current social trends, creator styles and editing techniques

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Basic photography, videography and video-editing skills using a camera or smartphone
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing tools
• A good eye for composition, pacing and visual storytelling
• Interest in social media content, creator trends and emerging content formats
• Organised, responsible, open to feedback and willing to learn
• Comfortable working on both studio and on-location shoots
• Currently pursuing a qualification in Broadcasting, Digital Media, Multimedia, Creative Media, Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field

Added Advantage

• Experience creating Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts or other social content
• Familiarity with camera, lighting and audio equipment
• Basic motion graphics, animation, colour grading or text-animation skills
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom or other creative tools
• Ability to design simple visual elements for video content
• Mandarin proficiency for Chinese language content
