Job Description

The stockkeeper will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the efficient operation of our business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of inventory.
• Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed to prevent shortages.
• Use inventory management software to track stock movement and update records.
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in handling inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of storage areas.
• Handle returns and damaged goods following company policies.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

  Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities to address inventory-related challenges.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
