Job Description

Our Objective
We are looking for a responsive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries across our digital platforms.

This role focuses mainly on social media and online enquiries, ensuring fast replies and a smooth customer experience.

 

Core Duties

1. Social Media Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries on:
    • Instagram / Facebook
    • TikTok
    • 小红书 (Xiaohongshu)
  • Provide precise product details in English & Mandarin

2. Website & Online Inquiries

  • Manage inquiries from:
    • Website chat / forms
    • WhatsApp
    • Phone calls
  • Follow up with customers as necessary

3. Customer Engagement

  • Assist customers with:
    • Product-related questions
    • Basic order inquiries
  • Uphold a friendly and professional tone in communications

4. Coordination

  • Collaborate with:
    • Sales team
    • Warehouse (if applicable)
  • Ensure customers receive accurate information

5. Additional Duties

  • Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Experience:
    Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in customer service. Able to type and reply in Mandarin confidently (for Xiao Hong Shu) 
  • Skills: 
    • Good written communication 
    • Able to multitask and reply efficiently 
  • Language: 
    • English (basic) 
    • Mandarin (required)
      👉 Must be able to reply on Xiao Hong Shu 
  • Personality: 
    • Patient and responsible 
    • Fast response and attention to detail 

Bonus If You Have
