Job Description

  •  Resolve customer issues related to website, login and order issues. 
  • Handle customer orders via ocial online platform and social communication platform. 
  • Check and manage stock inventory reporting. 

Job Requirements

  •  No experience required 
  • fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • At least hold an SPM certicate. 
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
  •  Positive attitude. 
  • Basic computer knowledge. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Own transportation. 
  • Willing to work with shifting, including weekends and holiday if required.
