Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the proper planning, implementation and coordinating of all projects including monitoring of project progress and timely completion of project deliverables
• Responsible for monitoring project milestones and ensuring project progress claims are raise in timely manner including initiating follow up action to ensure collections are prompt and projects are profitable
• To perform product demonstration to prospect and client
• To assist in scoping customer requirement and needs for IT enable solutions
• To learn up the clients industry challenges and knowledge in order to provide the correct IT solutions to solve their challenges and needs.
• To propose industry best practices in deploying the solutions to the customer
• Attend to customer's queries, requests and complaints in a tactful and professional manner

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in IT/Accounting or Equivalent
• Good command of both written and spoken English, able to read and speak Mandarin will be added advantage
• A good team player and committed to self-development and growth
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Articulate, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in ERP software is an added advantageous.
• Meticulous, analytical and able to identify customer issues and address the issues tactfully
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in Project Planning and Implementation / in a similar work experiences
