We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support our rapidly growing Marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Associate, launching campaigns and analysing the performance of our paid advertising and managing email campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, A/B testing, and data analysis, and is excited to contribute to larger marketing initiatives. You're equal parts technical and creative you're excited about planning, organising, and tracking campaigns as well as thinking creatively about how to improve our communication strategy.  

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and meticulous executor who works well with inter-departmental stakeholders and can take action on a variety of tasks from idea phase to implementation, adapting and iterating as needed along the way. Reporting to Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and support multiple, simultaneous projects. This role is critical in driving the success of all strategies across the market. This role is not intended to be typical ‘9-6’ but a managerial and social role to act as a key connection with the local creative community.

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of digital marketing execution, from hands-on operational work to project management, holding teams accountable for hitting goals and KPIs.
2. Support digital marketing plans in collaboration with other department teams, including Sales, Events & Partnership, and Operations teams.
3. Analyze web trends, site conversion rates, ad campaigns, SEO rankings and email campaigns to drive revenue growth.
4. Translate customer persona data to determine audience segmentations to be used to make marketing more effective
5. Run in-depth analysis of marketing programs and use the insights to suggest optimizations that drive growth in traffic and membership
6. Lead the strategy and creation of marketing copy and assets that communicate the value proposition of our products to current and potential members.
7. Assist in designing, implementing, and documenting campaign processes for automation and paid media platforms.
8. Support Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities and assists colleagues with campaigns/projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience at a startup, high-growth company.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently - once you're clear on the task at hand, you are able to own and run with it.
• Experience with SEM, SEO, Facebook Advertising and/or CRM in order to optimize marketing ROI
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skills (ad copywriting a plus).
• Worked in a start-up environment and/or you are excited by a fast-paced organization
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects with lots of small moving parts in a fast-paced environment within deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques and willingness to learn new applications and tactics.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capability with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
